We are hiring a Sales Manager

We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a background in hotel or resort sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and managing group bookings, maximizing revenue opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving revenue targets
  • Creating professional proposals and contracts
  • Developing long-term client relationships
  • Coordinating event details with various departments
  • Conducting market research
  • Generating new sales leads
  • Responding promptly to inquiries
  • Communicating customer needs to the team

The compensation package for this position is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location. Eligible candidates may receive incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in business writing and presentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • 1-3 years of hotel sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
  • Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
