This position is vital for sustaining the financial stability of the establishment by overseeing financial transactions, enforcing robust accounting practices, and complying with applicable regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
Generate and evaluate monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
Deliver timely and precise financial data to management for informed decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Work alongside department leaders to formulate annual budgets and forecasts.
Track and assess budget discrepancies, offering explanations and suggestions as necessary.

General Accounting:
Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and adhere to accounting standards.

Internal Controls:
Develop and uphold internal controls to protect the establishment's assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to detect and correct any inconsistencies or irregularities.

Tax Compliance:
Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audit processes.

Cash Management:

Financial Analysis:
