Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented field sales executive to enhance our sales operations. This role involves crafting and executing innovative sales strategies aimed at expanding your designated sales area. The ideal candidate excels in converting prospects into loyal clients through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

$111,000 - $127,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and sales events, both in-person and virtually.
  • Stay informed about our offerings, industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively address client needs.
  • Design and implement a plan to attract new customers within your sales territory.
  • Engage with potential clients to present and promote our latest products and services.
  • Keep the organization updated on new business opportunities, account developments, potential clients, and competitive landscape through CRM tools.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside or outside sales is necessary.
