Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Production and Execution: Assist in the preparation and daily production of restaurants, room service, and outlet menus, ensuring high-quality, consistent food products.
  • Culinary Team Supervision: Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure resort, state, and federal food health and safety standards are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain ingredients, supplies, and equipment under the direction of the chef, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to achieve operational goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous Culinary Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
