Our mission-driven Not-For-Profit client is searching for a Creative Director to join their team for a long-term assignment The Creative Director will be in a player/coach role - where they'll have the ability to impact creative delivery, whether they come from a design or copy background, and mentor designers on their team.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the brand's voice, tone, and impact on the state of Virginia through a variety of creative campaigns, and brand-focused creative initiatives.
In light of that, we're searching for a strategy-focused Creative Director who is detail oriented, and can work through Print, Digital, Video, and OOH campaigns.
This individual will help shape creative strategy, working closely with marketers, internal lines of business, and other members of the creative team.
