Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Aquent, you will play a key role in crafting compelling campaigns that drive customer behavior and deliver against internal objectives. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Tactical Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, podcast, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Develop creative briefs for brand partners and internal team members to ensure alignment with marketing goals
  • Review and approve marketing materials, including email, social media, and website content, to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work with the merchandising team to optimize customer journey and drive conversion on Tactical and Outdoor ecommerce stores
  • Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Present campaign ideas and results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign costs to optimize profitability and grow revenue
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience in negotiating prices and partnership terms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, content management software, and strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and organic versus paid content strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the tactical, outdoor, or apparel industries, direct-to-consumer marketing, or agency work
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design
