Job Description:

  • Administrative Assistance: Supporting Corporate Counsel and legal team members in the US with day-to-day business activities.
  • Contracts Administration: Coordinating the end-to-end contracting process for business and legal teams.
  • Record Keeping: Updating internal records daily and managing legal documents.
  • Shipping Documents: Sending documents to internal and external parties regularly.
