Job Description:
Design and create tailor-made eLearning solutions using various tools for diverse learning purposes. Serve as a vital resource for the team in utilizing eLearning features that enhance the overall learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate interactive and captivating eLearning content based on pre-established outlines.
  • Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to incorporate effective eLearning techniques.

  • Produce and edit audio and video content for online learning modules.
  • Develop advanced eLearning projects involving custom coding for interactive elements.
  • Stay abreast of digital learning trends and partner with leadership to introduce new tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for learning team members.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, instructional design, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in designing engaging eLearning content for adult learners.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Animate & Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with eLearning software and coding languages such as HTML5, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Passion for eLearning development and continuous skill enhancement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with dominKnow One or similar responsive eLearning tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Animate and LMS communication protocols (XAPI, SCORM, AICC).
  • Proficiency in video-editing/screen recording software like Camtasia or Teams.
