Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Senior Living Recruiting Specialist. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Assist with medication management, as needed.
  • Participate in development and revision of service plans, ensuring resident needs and preferences are met.
  • Report any concerns or issues to the Wellness Director or LPN, as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
  • Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
