Description

The

Operational Process & System Administration (OPSA) team is accountable for

align

ing the

technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologi

es. The

team

is also responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization

which includes,

systems administration, database administration, software administration, and limited desktop support

. This

team

maintains existing enterprise systems, while provid

ing direction in all technology-

related issues in support of information operations and core company values.

A key component of accomplishing the team and company goals is managing change delivery for the organization.

Change delivery ranges from all aspects of project management, key documentation, training from a systems perspective, testing and implementation/release management.

Role

Responsibilities

Operational Management

– Helpdesk Support

Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regards to industry trends

, federal/state compliance,

and emerging technologies in anticipation of new businessprocesses

Busine

and system alterations.
Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.
Creatively and independently provide resolution to technical problems in a cost-effective manner.
Adhere to

service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems, programs, and equipment performance.
Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business group's functional area

s

or pro

cesses

to

solve routine systemic issues or problems, update values specific to business processes

and convey requirements for correction to third party vendors.
Operational Management

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business group's functional area

or pro

cesses

to

conduct UAT for all systemic changes, updates and implementations
Assist in the development of a

comprehensive UAT policy; inclusive of process development, documentation development, goals and execution

SVP, Operational Process & System Administration
