Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess pricing and develop roof layouts for roofing specifications.
  • Address technical inquiries related to specifications and installation processes.

  • Generate and input quotes and orders into the system.
  • Record project details onto the task management board.
  • Deliver customer service and ongoing support to our contractor network.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a 2-year associate degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience in estimating is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD software is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications.
  • Capable of managing consecutive phone calls effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
