  • Creative Assistance: Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to meet project deadlines and maintain brand standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to provide valuable insights.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, reporting, and marketing materials.
  • Marketing Asset Library Management: Oversee digital and physical assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as a marketing coordinator or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, website content tools, and email platforms (a plus).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and GA4.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Candidates' backgrounds and work experiences will be taken into account.
  • This is an on-site role with typical working hours from 7am to 4pm, occasionally requiring overtime.
