This role involves establishing and implementing a strategic roadmap for the growth of connectivity and data solutions for BD Alaris Infusion System franchise. The individual will be responsible for driving business expansion through customer adoption, competitive conversions, sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. They will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, breaking down commercial barriers, shaping the market, and executing strategies to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deep understanding of the BD Alaris System connectivity and data platform
  • Planning and executing new product launches
  • Defining market segments, personas, and value proposition
  • Developing marketing campaigns based on customer insights
  • Creating competitive strategies and market intelligence
  • Leading annual strategic planning and implementation
  • Developing pricing strategies and supporting business planning

Experience and Education

Bachelor's Degree in science or business field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
