Inbound Sales Representatives play a vital role at DriveSavers, assisting individuals who have encountered data loss. They help customers understand the complexities of data recovery from damaged devices and highlight the value of the services offered.

We are seeking individuals who are exceptional communicators, both in written and verbal communication. If you find satisfaction in aiding people to recover precious memories they thought were lost, then this role is for you.

Experience and Education

  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Phone sales skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Capable of analyzing and evaluating customer needs
