This role offers the chance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across public sector organizations. As a process improvement consultant, you will leverage your expertise to evaluate the impact of changes on business processes and design solutions. From untapped potential to systemic obstacles, you will offer clients a comprehensive view of their organization to revolutionize their operations for the better. You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, change management, and facilitation
- Experience in planning and executing large projects, including event and workshop management
- Ability to utilize frameworks aligned with strategy for transformation efforts in the public sector
- Capability to develop a compelling narrative to drive action on critical business decisions and major change initiatives
- Clearance requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Skills in creating presentations and work products using PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Clearance:

Salary calculations at Booz Allen consider factors such as location, education, skills, experience, and specific project requirements. The estimated compensation for this position ranges from [$54,000.00 to $123, annualized USD), providing a glimpse into the total rewards package offered.
