As a Senior Consultant in Technology Strategy, you will engage in dynamic digital transformation strategy projects for our clients. This high-performing team is essential in multidisciplinary strategy initiatives, enabling clients to identify, plan for, and seize strategic opportunities presented by technology through various capabilities such as Enterprise IT Management, Vision Enablement, and Technology Transformation.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in Strategy and/or Technology Consulting within a prominent consulting firm or Fortune 100 company.
- Proven experience collaborating with executive stakeholders to develop architectural visions, create strategic roadmaps, and support tactical execution.
- Familiarity with Commerce and/or Customer Engagement technologies (MarTech/AdTech/CRM).
- Experience in IT transformation, including modern operating models and organizational structures.
- Knowledge of architecture principles and organizational standards aligned with enterprise business strategies.
- Ability to interpret and create technology artifacts, including business context diagrams and system architecture diagrams.
- Understanding of consumer-focused technology components, including interactive, marketing, commerce, and data integration.
- Proficient in designing and facilitating client workshops to enhance understanding, identify opportunities, and build consensus among business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience in developing vendor selection criteria and evaluation templates for platforms and services.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, aligning multiple client stakeholders on findings and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on interpersonal effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated humility and commitment to driving success in client programs and complex projects.
