We are in search of a talented Social Media Specialist for a permanent position based in San Juan Capistrano, CA. As the designated specialist, your primary focus will be to elevate the company's brand and products across various social media channels.

Key responsibilities include crafting compelling content and engaging storytelling strategies to boost business sales effectively.

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of creativity, cultural awareness, research skills, and a vivid imagination.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in curating and selecting the most impactful images, videos, and messaging for the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

While being directly accountable to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, this role will necessitate a hands-on approach.

Qualifications:
  • Possess a deep passion for crafting social media content
  • Dedicated to driving brand growth through social media avenues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and cross-functional departments towards shared objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Proficient in devising and evaluating digital and social media marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with social and content best practices to optimize campaign performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to cooperate efficiently with others under time constraints
  • Proven track record in video and content creation
  • Skilled in video editing tools, and graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.

In an exclusive range of $70,000 to $75,000 for states including CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC, this position offers a competitive annual salary.

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors like role, location, educational background, training, and experience levels.
