The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team of System Administrators responsible for all aspects of telecommunications phone systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with multi-site user communities to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Enhancing functionality, capacity, and performance of IT services.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration.
  • Expertise in unified communication solutions and VoIP technologies.
  • Ability to develop network configuration standards and policies.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
  • Experience in telephone systems management.
