Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for updating existing records, analyzing employee data, and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update existing records with new or revised information as needed.
  • Analyze employee data to ensure accuracy prior to open enrollment period.
  • Review documents, such as applications, forms, contracts, and agreements, to verify accuracy prior to submission during the open enrollment period.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues regarding incorrect data entries.
  • Organize files according to established procedures for easy retrieval later on.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information entered into the system.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a health care or insurance office.
  • Prior pharmacy CSR experience is a plus.
  • Prior administrative experience and data entry.
