Job Description
As the Vice President of Performance Marketing, you will drive revenue growth through new donor acquisition and donor retention.
You'll lead a team of marketing, user experience, marketing technology, and analytics professionals, focusing on data-driven strategies and execution across paid, owned, and earned media.
Your goal:
maximize performance and cultivate strategic relationships with media and marketing technology partners.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with ALSAC's goals.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing performance across various channels (paid, owned, earned).
- Foster an audience-centric, data-driven mindset within the team.
Team Leadership:
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team.
- Cultivate a strong bench of people leaders.
- Encourage innovation and collaboration.
Budget Management:
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Media Mix Modeling and Multi-touch attribution for strategic planning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present and facilitate critical conversations with the Board and Executive leadership.
- Build consensus around top-level strategies.
Media Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of paid advertising (in-house execution, programmatic buying, agency management).
- Experience across digital display, video, streaming, TV, paid social, SEM, radio, and out-of-home.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or analytical field (business, finance, mathematics).
- 10+ years of practical business, marketing, and analysis experience.
- Proven track record of delivering top-line growth.
- Strong leadership skills with fiduciary integrity.
- Ability to communicate complex strategies concisely.
- Experience managing large P&Ls and budgets.
- Familiarity with media planning and optimization.
