Midrange Test Data Environment Build Lead - HadoopPosition SummaryLooking for a candidate who is well versed in working on Hadoop projects familiar on interacting with Oracle/SQL Server/DB2 RDBMS data in the lower-level testing environments.
The team member will be required to interact with application teams, architects, governance, and audit for defining the strategies required to onboard new applications.
They will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations, processes, and documentation to address product vulnerabilities. They will be reporting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help drive the success of projects.Primary SkillHadoopRequired SkillsMinimum 2+ years of experience in design and implementation of big data applications using Hadoop technologiesSound understanding and experience with Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera).Experience in HDFS, Spark, Hive, Linux/Unix technologies is mandatoryExperience in Unix shell scripting is mandatoryExperience in Java/J2EE and Object-oriented programming.
