In the role of Senior Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine semiconductor manufacturing processes with a focus on epitaxial growth techniques.
  • Analyze process data to identify opportunities for enhancement, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with equipment engineering and production teams to implement innovative technologies and optimize processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and yield.
  • Perform experimental procedures to validate and improve process parameters for quality enhancement.

Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance metrics such as cycle time, defect rates, and equipment utilization to identify areas for improvement.

Drive initiatives for improvement by applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Technical Guidance
  • Provide technical support to operators and technicians in resolving process-related challenges.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of the manufacturing facility and overall company outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or university degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly in epitaxial growth.
  • Over 5 years of practical experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and statistical process control techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and process improvement.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with proficiency in team-oriented environments.
