Job Title:
HR Field Representative


Overview:


As an HR Field Representative, you will serve as a vital link between our organization's central HR department and our various locations or branches.

You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs at designated sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the organization's overarching HR strategy.

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Policy Implementation: Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs at designated locations to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances at assigned sites. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Training and Development: Identify training needs at assigned sites and coordinate with central HR to develop and deliver training programs. Support the implementation of performance management initiatives and career development plans.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations at designated locations. Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.

Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement initiatives at assigned sites. Organize employee recognition programs, events, and activities to enhance morale and retention.

Benefits Administration: Assist employees at designated locations with inquiries related to benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Collaborate with central HR and benefits providers to address issues and resolve discrepancies.

HR Reporting: Compile and analyze HR metrics and data from designated locations to support decision-making and strategic planning. Prepare regular reports for management review and provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to travel to designated locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a multisite or field HR role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience with HR software systems for data management and reporting.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
