The purpose of this position is to support and advance the strategy by building awareness in local markets through evidence-based marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for helping to achieve the strategic vision and business goals through a comprehensive integrated marketing program. This position is an integral part of leadership, providing counsel in all enterprise-led Marketing functions. Responsible for training and mentoring marketing staff. Assists leadership in identifying, developing and implementingprocess improvement initiatives.

**This role reports on site and is not eligible for remote work.**

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

+ High School Diploma/G.E.D. required

+ Bachelors Arts/Science Degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or otherrelated field OR equivalent experience required.

+ Master's Degree, preferred

+ Seven years of marketing/public relations experience, including demonstrated success in strategic marketing planning and implementation with proven results.

+ 2 years of management experience, preferred.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Windows platform, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

+ Healthcare experience, desirable.

+ Strong knowledge of marketing and digital platforms and tools, required.

+ Strong analytical and project management skills.

+ Strong stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to orientate new Marketing team members, required.

+ Leadership skills, good communication, and ability to work under pressure, required.

+ Ability to work with agency partners to initiate, lead and report out on marketing initiatives, required.

Physical Requirement - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
