Position Overview:

Anomali is in search of a proactive Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in amplifying market visibility, fostering product uptake, and enhancing customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of the cybersecurity domain, extensive product marketing experience, and a proven track record of converting technical specifications into persuasive value propositions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer requirements, industry developments, and competitive dynamics.
    • Pinpoint market opportunities and customer demographics to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
  2. Product Messaging & Positioning:
    • Craft clear and impactful product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
    • Develop and curate product marketing materials, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and web content.
  3. Market Entry Strategy:
    • Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and enablement, to ensure effective product launches.
  4. Sales Support:
    • Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Management to create and deliver training resources, including product demonstrations, competitive assessments, and objection handling guides.
    • Equip the sales team with tools and resources to improve their selling effectiveness.
  5. Lead Generation:
    • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to design and execute campaigns that enhance visibility, generate leads, and support sales goals.
    • Oversee content development for webinars, events, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  6. Customer Engagement:
    • Interact with customers to collect feedback, foster relationships, and create case studies and testimonials.
    • Serve as the customer advocate within the organization to guide product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Thorough understanding of TIP and CTI, Security Operations, SIEM, and SOAR technologies and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and implement go-to-market strategies and product positioning in the cybersecurity arena.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into accessible language.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and achieving results in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing automation and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • A technical background or comprehension of cybersecurity technologies and threat landscapes.
