We are seeking a Mobile App Marketing Associate Director to spearhead the development of top-tier strategies and oversee the management of performance marketing accounts related to mobile and applications. Reporting directly to the Director of Mobile Applications, you will provide leadership across various business units and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated mobile and app marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in scaling mobile app growth and demonstrate expertise in executing multi-channel app campaigns with a strong analytical approach, connecting objectives to outcomes, and a drive for client expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and articulate the overall strategy and methodology for mobile app campaign management in collaboration with the VP/Director of Mobile Applications and Performance Marketing Teams.
- Direct growth marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, campaign oversight, and performance measurement (including subscription funnel analytics) for the mobile application to enhance installations, user engagement, and revenue generation.
- Exhibit fluency and proficiency in executing all facets of multi-channel marketing, including SEM, App Store optimization, and paid advertising through mobile networks, influencer collaborations, AdWords, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, utilizing audience and device targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, display, and additional strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, delivering performance analyses on all mobile marketing initiatives, and iterating to enhance performance and results based on data-driven insights.
- Deeply engage with clients' businesses: comprehend their objectives, external economic landscape, industries; also understand their business model, performance metrics, and define what success entails.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of experience, with a portion dedicated to managing Mobile App performance marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition growth and optimization across key mobile app metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mobile App sector, performance marketing, market development, and emerging trends.
- Experience in understanding how Mobile Apps integrate with various channel teams - Paid Search/SEM, Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, and Attribution.
- Hands-on experience with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Localytics, SensorTower, among others.
- A diverse range of experience managing across various sectors and direct response/branded campaigns.
Additional Information:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
