We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our Marketing Systems and Data Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating marketing needs into technical systems requirements, serving as a bridge between marketing stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specify system requirements and streamline processes to support marketing initiatives
  • Manage strategic and operational initiatives, driving critical marketing systems programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM Enablement and GTM Systems, to align on training and documentation needs
  • Partner with other Klaviyo teams to drive forward the needs of the Sales team and provide business context for enhancement requests
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions in a B2B Technology Sales Organization
  • B2B/SaaS company experience scaling an organization through significant growth
  • Proven experience managing Marketing transformation projects and understanding of automation capabilities
  • Experience in additional marketing and sales tech stack systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LeanData, 6Sense
