Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing market visibility, fostering product uptake, and boosting customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of the cybersecurity domain, exceptional product marketing skills, and a proven track record of transforming technical features into persuasive value propositions. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify customer requirements, industry developments, and competitive dynamics.
- Pinpoint market opportunities and customer demographics to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Product Messaging & Positioning:
- Craft clear and impactful product positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
- Produce and update marketing materials, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content.
- Market Entry Strategy:
- Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with various teams, including product management, sales, and sales enablement, to ensure effective product launches.
- Sales Support:
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Management to create and deliver training materials, including product demonstrations, competitive insights, and objection handling resources.
- Equip the sales team with tools and resources to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Lead Generation:
- Work alongside the Demand Generation team to design and execute campaigns that raise awareness, generate leads, and support sales goals.
- Oversee content development for webinars, events, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement:
- Interact with customers to collect feedback, build relationships, and create case studies and testimonials.
- Serve as the customer advocate within the organization to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
- Thorough understanding of TIP and CTI, Security Operations, SIEM, and SOAR technologies and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to devise and implement go-to-market strategies and product positioning in the cybersecurity field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to simplify technical concepts for a broader audience.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and achieving results in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing automation and content management systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Technical background or comprehension of cybersecurity technologies and threat landscapes.

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 USD. Please note that this range serves as a guideline; actual base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role may offer benefits, bonuses, and equity opportunities.
