Position Requirements
  • Responsibilities:
    • Identifying key stakeholders within the clientele from various departments influencing decisions regarding our services
    • Comprehending the market of your clients as well as or better than they do, encompassing market trends, opportunities, challenges, and buyer-supplier relationships
    • Grasping the goals, opportunities, and challenges of each client, along with their envisioned solutions to address challenges and achieve objectives
    • Devising, communicating, and implementing solutions to assist clients in overcoming challenges
    • Utilizing data and other information sources to advocate your proposed solution to each stakeholder effectively
    • Negotiating solution terms and finalizing contracts with clients
    • Consistently leveraging data and client feedback to gauge the program's efficacy in addressing their challenges
    • Establishing a feedback loop utilizing program data to update stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and further recommendations based on ongoing learning
  • Required Education/Experience/Skills:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 2-5 years experience in Sales/Business Development/Project Management/or Life Sciences
    • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
    • Comfortable with conflict - not avoiding or instigating conflict but ready to handle it
    • Absence of reluctance in engaging with calls
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Proactive approach
    • Passion for assisting customers and colleagues
