Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Train and develop team members on our systems and processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity and performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRMs and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to the community.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
