Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Market Development Representatives to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth in various accounts.
  • Implement Impact Selling initiatives to achieve key sales targets across markets.
  • Lead a top-notch sales team through a strategic company expansion to elevate brand awareness and performance in the field.

Additional responsibilities for the Market Development Manager include:
  • Supervising and mentoring the team to strengthen brand positioning, optimize distribution, address customer needs, and enhance merchandising.
  • Drive the team to attain volume goals aligned with brand priorities.
  • Conduct regular sales visits with key clients and execute planned strategies.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to realign brands with the ultimate brand priority plan.


Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales background.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Readiness to work non-traditional hours.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to obtain necessary permits.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in On and Off Premise sales.
  • Proficiency in market development and sales analysis.
