Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend key client meetings and record minutes and action items to keep the team on track.
  • Create presentations using Google Slides to showcase work during virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce team members and external partners to provide content and reporting to clients.
  • Schedule virtual and in-person meetings using Zoom and Google Calendar.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Research potential new clients, key stakeholders, industry trends, and more.
  • Prepare client coverage reports.
  • Post client events to relevant online event calendars.
  • Provide backup support to the Office Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience or education in marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and independently.
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience utilizing Google Workspace and Zoom preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
