This individual will lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and increase profitability.

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams within these 4 facilities to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize best practices, implement standardized work procedures, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Drive cost reduction initiatives across these facilities while maintaining or improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead root cause analysis efforts to address manufacturing issues and prevent recurrence.
Champion innovation and technology adoption to optimize manufacturing processes and increase competitiveness.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
Position will have expected travel of up to 33% of the time.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or related field.
Proven track record of successful continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, ERP systems).

We'd Like to See:
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
