Key Responsibilities:- Assess existing operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Design and execute process enhancement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Evaluate the success of implemented changes and modify strategies as needed.
- Guarantee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Conduct routine audits and evaluations to identify risks and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
- Create training programs and materials to instruct employees on HSEQ practices.
- Gather and analyze data related to process performance and HSEQ metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding process enhancements and HSEQ performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety and quality.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process improvement and HSEQ awareness.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HSEQ. Assist in the formulation and execution of policies to ensure compliance.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP and quality management software.
- Ability to educate and train employees on HSEQ standards and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and HSEQ management.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or HSEQ-related credentials is preferred.
