Salary: $85,000 per year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Design and execute process improvement strategies utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Assess the effectiveness of implemented modifications and refine strategies as needed.
  • Guarantee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
  • Conduct routine audits and evaluations to identify risks and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
  • Create training programs and materials to instruct employees on HSEQ practices.
  • Gather and analyze data related to process performance and HSEQ metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding process enhancements and HSEQ performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety and quality.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance process improvement and HSEQ awareness.
  • Act as a liaison among teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations concerning HSEQ.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies to ensure compliance.
Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with SAP and quality management software.
  • Ability to educate and train employees on HSEQ standards and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and HSEQ management.
  • Preferred certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or HSEQ-related credentials.
