This position focuses on evaluating current processes, implementing enhancements, and promoting a culture of ongoing improvement throughout the organization.
Location: Carrollton, Texas
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $85,000 per year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Design and execute process improvement strategies utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Assess the effectiveness of implemented modifications and refine strategies as needed.
- Guarantee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Conduct routine audits and evaluations to identify risks and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
- Create training programs and materials to instruct employees on HSEQ practices.
- Gather and analyze data related to process performance and HSEQ metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding process enhancements and HSEQ performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety and quality.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance process improvement and HSEQ awareness.
- Act as a liaison among teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations concerning HSEQ.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies to ensure compliance.
- Familiarity with SAP and quality management software.
- Ability to educate and train employees on HSEQ standards and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and HSEQ management.
- Preferred certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or HSEQ-related credentials.
Compensation: The salary offered to a successful candidate will be based on various factors including education, work experience, job location, specific job duties, and certifications. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is available, including health coverage, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contributions (subject to eligibility).
