Travel: 15% of time spent on regional travel as required by compliance responsibilities (e.g., complimentary ticket oversight, Regional Rules/NAAC attendance, etc.) and sport oversight responsibilities (e.g., post-season, some regular season travel, etc.).

The Associate Athletics Director for Compliance provides oversight, leadership, and supervision of the compliance services staff. This position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, systems, and strategies. This position also advocates for United States Military Academy ("USMA) and Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. ("AWPAA") within the changing landscape of Division I and the National Collegiate Athletics Association ("NCAA") governance process. This position is a member of the Athletics Director's Executive Staff and will serve as a sport administrator.
