Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance strategies for athletic programs in accordance with established regulations.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for compliance-related inquiries, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of pertinent laws and policies.
  • Engage with various internal and external parties, including athletic directors and auditors, to facilitate effective compliance practices.
  • Conduct investigations into any allegations of misconduct or non-compliance within athletic programs to uphold fairness and legality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall mission of the department.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in compliance or a related field is essential.
