Job Title
Custom Product Consultant/Buyer
Job Purpose

As a Custom Product Consultant/ Buyer, you will be responsible for completing tasks to ensure client support and satisfaction at a professional level.

This requires the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the clients organizations including high level executives such as CEO, CFO, President, and Sr.

VP levels.

You will use your strong written and verbal communications skills to develop and maintain customer/vendor relationships building trust and credibility.

You will coordinate the shipment of raw materials to our print production sites while ensuring the inventory levels are not depleted to halt production.


Basic Qualifications for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Prefer 1 plus years of buying experience and pricing negotiations
  • Computer proficiency required including strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat, Oracle, & MMS
  • Must have experience in maintaining and growing relationships with manufacturers and vendors to improve overall purchase costs and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years experience in continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
