As a CS Project Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and success of deals negotiated by the organization.

Your primary focus will be to analyze, monitor, and evaluate the performance of deals, identifying potential risks and opportunities to optimize outcomes.

You will work closely with various departments including sales, finance, and operations to develop strategies that enhance deal profitability and mitigate risks.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a hybrid position in our Cary, North Carolina office.

Your Role:

  • Review and analyze projected financial outcomes for negotiated deals, including revenue forecasts, cost projections and profitability estimates.
  • Compare projected financial metrics with actual financial results, identifying variances and analyzing the underlying factors contributing to deviations.
  • Identify potential risks and issues affecting deal performance and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in forecasting deal performance by providing insights and recommendations based on historical data and analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing deal performance metrics, financial results, key insights, and a plan of action for executive review.
  • Identify trends and patterns in deal performance, including revenue and cost trends to inform and improve the deal projection process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on deal performance, risk, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in financial analysis, deal evaluation or related role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex financial models and concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of service offerings for Siemens Healthineers preferred.
