Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of individual projects, focusing on quality objectives and meeting client expectations.
- Resource Management: Procure and coordinate all required project resources, including intradivisional, interdivisional, and extracorporate vendors.
- Documentation and Financial Management: Prepare and manage subcontract, purchase order, and change control documentation, as well as related financial documentation.
- Vendor Evaluation and Invoicing: Evaluate vendor and subcontractor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Change Control and Communication: Develop and maintain change control documentation and facilitate communication between project participants.
- Design Execution Planning: Develop and maintain design execution plans to ensure project success.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate the review and approval of technical design disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, and process automation.
- Project Budgeting and Monitoring: Develop a working knowledge of the project budget and identify exceptions to ensure project delivery within budget.
- Design Quality and Revisions: Monitor design content and quality, and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget.
- Document Control: Work with Document Control to ensure that all project documents are distributed, reviewed, and stored to meet project and corporate requirements.
- 3+ Years of Engineering Experience: Proven experience in engineering, with a focus on project delivery and management.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Skills: Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs and computer-aided drafting.
- System Design Knowledge: General knowledge of system design and applicable codes in specific discipline-related areas (Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, or Process).
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam Completion: Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam or registration as a Professional Engineer.
- Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry Experience: Experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on project delivery and management.
