Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure project financial stability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including project labor and expense plans, to inform business decisions.
- Provide expert-level guidance on cost control best practices and procedures to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cost control and financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of eight years of related experience.
- Excellent understanding of general accounting standards and principles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
