About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction ETOP Specialist to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC. As a key member of our construction quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project-specific ETOPs in accordance with IPS and client quality control plans.
  • Work closely with functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Manage and administer the implementation of ETOPs, including the development of documentation and training of project teams.
  • Collaborate with project directors and managers to ensure the assignment of sufficient, qualified staff to execute ETOP plans.
  • Control QA/QC documentation management-related activities, including capturing and controlling documentation, verifying records, and identifying deficiencies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of ETOP and construction document control experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Bluebeam Studio/Revu, and SharePoint.
  • OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Travel based on project location.
  • Experience with Procore software.
  • Commissioning and system startup experience.
