About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction ETOP Specialist to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC. As a key member of our construction quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project-specific ETOPs in accordance with IPS and client quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of ETOPs.
  • Manage and control all documentation related to testing, inspection, and acceptance of work.
  • Verify records of inspection and acceptance of materials and equipment.
  • Identify and report quality issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of ETOP and construction document control experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam Studio/Revu and Share Point.
  • OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Travel experience based on project location.
  • Procore software experience.
  • Commissioning and system startup experience.
