We are seeking a highly skilled Construction ETOP Specialist to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC. As a key member of our construction quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance on our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project-specific ETOPs in accordance with IPS and client quality control plans.
- Collaborate with functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of ETOPs.
- Manage and control all documentation related to testing, inspection, and acceptance of work.
- Verify records of inspection and acceptance of materials and equipment.
- Identify and report quality issues and areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of ETOP and construction document control experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Studio/Revu and Share Point.
- OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Travel experience based on project location.
- Procore software experience.
- Commissioning and system startup experience.
