Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project labor and expense plans using accounting and project management systems.
  • Forecast project expenses and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the cost control team, project directors, and design and/or field staff to ensure effective cost control.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience.
  • Excellent understanding of general accounting standards and principles.
  • Expert understanding of design and/or construction accounting practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
