Objective of the Position: Assists Information Technology Department with Computer Hardware and Networking

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Provide customer service to the plant, supporting end user requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage ticket and project queues, communicating with internal customers as needed
  • Create and manage relevant KB articles
  • Support manufacturing floor requirements
  • Communicate clearly and quickly with customers, establishing relationships to provide support
  • Hardware or Computer Networking experience required

Requirement Profile:

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

  • Undergraduate student (must have completed Sophomore year at minimum) in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. GPA of 2.7 or higher
  • Must have working understanding of Windows 10, troubleshooting theory and computer hardware components
  • Previous work experience (any field) preferred
  • Work at least 24hrs per week preferred
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
