Position Summary
The CDImmerse Information Technology Track is designed for exceptional graduates who are enthusiastic about technology and eager to contribute to CDI's IT business functions. As a participant in this competitive 2-year development program, you will experience four distinct rotations across various IT departments, including Software Development, Quality Assurance, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Networking, Information Security, Project Management, and other related areas.
Throughout each rotation, you will engage with critical elements of CDI's IT operations, taking on meaningful responsibilities for tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned by departmental leaders. This program serves not only as a valuable learning opportunity but also as a springboard for your career in the technology sector.
Candidate Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills through the interview process.
