DDI's Quality Assurance and Incident Management Associate is responsible for a wide range of tasks within our QA&IM department. Our ideal candidate comes with varied administrative and communication skills.
Responsibilities include drafting and editing communications, greeting visitors, answering phones and other administrative tasks.

Pay Range:
$ /hour

Schedule: 20 hours / week

Responsibilities:


Oversees and/or performs a range of diverse administrative activities for the QA Department, which includes but is not limited to drafting and editing communications, data input, developing reports, answering phones and assisting with all meeting preparations.

Prepare, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes for various committees.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of incident data is completed in various software applications.
Maintain tracking of department's off-site storage.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance staff to ensure incident communications are sent via email/regular mail in accordance with regulations and as needed.

Greets and directs visitors; accepts, screens and routes telephone calls for the QA Department and Central Administration.
Answers general inquiries concerning activities and operations of the program.
Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities.
Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records and other materials, orders supplies.
Performs routine analysis and calculations on files, data basis, and recurring reports, such as payroll, time sheets, etc.
Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming mail, drafts responses to inquiries.
Prepares photocopies, faxes, and operates a variety of office equipment.
Assists departmental administrator(s) in problem solving, project planning and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
Provides backup support for the executive team in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Two (2) years' experience in an administrative support role.
Demonstrable computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skill and consistently display poise and tact.
Attention to detail and ability to find solutions to various administrative problems.
Ability to establish priorities and work with limited direct supervision.
Analytic abilities.
Ability to compose, create and edit written material; effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Excellent knowledge of office procedures.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
