Join us as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our production animal business to achieve overall Company goals by fostering collaboration among employees, products, clients, and resources. Your responsibilities will revolve around enhancing sales force productivity through organizing meetings, managing trade shows, creating marketing materials, and acting as a bridge between the business and strategic accounts. Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure sales objectives are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and corporate events, handling event logistics, budget management, and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and strategic accounts, maintaining territory lists, updating product SKUs, and actively engaging in strategic account events.
  • Create graphics and promotional materials for various purposes like industry training courses, presentations, and marketing emails.
  • Manage strategic accounts by pulling reports, handling contract pricing, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless interactions.
  • Collaborate with customers by scheduling product demos and providing exceptional support.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product offerings, customer workflows, and stay updated on the animal health business.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, with a minimum of two years in sales.
  • Experience in the Animal Health Industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of animal health business, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales & marketing techniques.
