Position Overview
  • Specify, design, validate, and innovate feature designs in propulsion, thermal, mechanical, and embedded controls domains
  • Organize and automate customer requirements decomposition, performance evaluations, and propulsion optimization for Light Vehicle applications
  • Evaluate and compare competitive Tier 1 and customer OEM propulsion systems focusing on performance, efficiency, gear ratio, load capacity, and unique intellectual property advancements
  • Manage documentation and resolution of system issues throughout design, development, and validation stages
  • Provide guidance to team members, exercising leadership with or without formal authority
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
  • 10 years’ experience in the automotive sector
  • Progressive roles in Light, Commercial, or Off-Highway vehicle development, validation, or engineering, demonstrating technical and managerial capabilities
  • Strong interest and hands-on experience with high-performance or off-road vehicles
