We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Controls Engineerto join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role indeveloping and maintaining automation systems, with a focus on Rockwellautomation programming. This position offers an exciting opportunity forprofessional growth and development in a collaborative and supportiveenvironment.

Automation Controls Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Design,program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems using Rockwell Automationsoftware (Allen-Bradley)
  • PerformFactory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for automationsystems
  • Collaboratewith project teams to develop control system architectures and specifications
  • Developand maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
  • Assistin SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system design andconfiguration as needed
  • Providetechnical support to clients and resolve any issues related to automationsystems
  • Participatein on-site commissioning, start-up, and training activities
  • Stayupdated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices inautomation and control systems
Requirements for the

Automation Controls Engineer:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Solidunderstanding of PLC programming concepts and experience with RockwellAutomation software (RSLogix, Studio 5000)
  • Familiaritywith Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)procedures
  • Someexperience in SCADA design and configuration is preferred
  • Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingnessto travel to client sites as needed (up to 60% travel locally with occasionalovernight stays)
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitmentto continuous learning and professional development
